He'll say sensationalist things like the government is intentionally putting chemicals in the water, for example. The thing is, the chemicals and the effects of the chemicals on the human body are all real, just as he says. But is it intentional? I don't know. It would probably be better for his image if he didn't speculate like that, but he may just genuinely believe his own theories. I'm not sure he says stuff like that just to discredit the facts though. It's hard to say.

The Jew stuff is understandable. He would lose radio stations if he went on about the Jews on public airways. His ex-wife is Jewish, but his generation doesn't care about the Jews as much as the Millennials do, to be fair. I think some of his Millennial staff have pushed it more in that direction though.
