Most think Self defence is something we do not have in Canada but its all a lie. I don't disagree that if you have a gun to your head you should be allowed to stab your assailant. The court says he deliberately tried to kill the assailant instead of going for a non-lethal method to get him out of harms way, which, if the ruling should make sense, was just as viable.
