Right now, I'd say it would be important to pray as well as contemplate why you are being called back. Read some G.K. Chesterton, or if you want to try something a little more exhausting, Augustine or Aquinas (but I'd recommend you try something a little less intense first, if you're just coming back.)

Go to confession and return to Christ. Thats all there is. You already did the hard parts, baptism, first communion etc. According to doctrine youre still a Catholic, just a dormant and perhaps sinful one.

As someone raised and confirmed in the Catholic Church (now lapsed though), finding a local church and speaking to the priest is probably the best bet to learn about the faith, but if you want to do some reading, the Catechism of the Catholic Church basically outlines most of the doctrines of the faith. Can't help you with the Orthodox stuff though.
