It would naturally result under such a system. A revert back to cottage-industries will mean a major loss in technology and medical inventory.
No centralized industry and lack of international trade will have the hippy anarchists consumed by the environment they swore to protect. This on account of rampant disease and lack of efficient machinery to stop the encroaching fauna and flora fucking up whatever infrastructure they took for granted.

I don't "believe in" anarchy like it's some flavor of ice cream to choose from.
I simply perceive the entire world's inhabitants are completely free to do whatever they please at any time (pic related), and they choose to spend their money and time on "government", often because they're cowards who are incapable of solving their own problems.
