Im from Uruguay. Its about 85% white 10%black and 5%mestizo at least in Montevideo but it depends mainly on where would you live cos there are neighborhoods with 100% black and mestizo people(marconi for example) and other with 100%white rich people(pocitos)

Summers are hot, about 30-35c and winters are cold reaching 0c sometimes but it never snows.There are some floodings when it rains a lot and some droughts. Having spent 4 months down there (machu picchu sucks, the Galapagos was amazing (I think they've changed all the rules now thanks to too many chinks touching things) and patagonia also beautiful but in a different way.
