It would be more accurate to say that the nordic countries are partly socialist, our government is usually influenced by liberals, socialists, authoritarians and a few other ideologies.
Every party gets a say and how much of a say depends on their mandates decided by voter percentage.

Socialism was working in Yugoslavia perfectly until Tito died, that same year Serbian Christians took over and that same year inflation started, then later they also started Muslim conflicts and ruined Yugoslavia and themselves.
