If you'd have any knowledge about the subject, you'd actually know that the people were used for hard labour. They weren't in camps for sole purpose of being killed. The ones who got were usually unable to further work, or considered dangerous for the Reich (priests, intellectuals, etc.).

Again - the testimonies of gas chambers and mass extermination were confirmend by thousands of prisoners. Also, Witold's and Karski's reports. There is no way they could gather together and make up the whole story, as they were being held in different camps miles away from each other.
