Namibia and Botswana are pretty high-tier. Still kinda poor but the continually rising economy means people are optimistic and not envious. Low racial tensions between whites and natives unlike South Africa. Low crime, good people. Low population density, still lots of nature. I'd definitely consider moving here if there was an opportunity.
