I'm not a vegan but I rarely eat meat. Like the video says the aviability of meat is so high that it's difficult to be full vegan unless you're deeply concerned about what you're doing.
Also there are added difficulties like the fact that anything vegan is expensive as fuck because hipsters took over it. Unless you have your own field to plant your food (which has a lot of extra implications and can also be expensive if you go fully organic) or a good trurty supplier you'll pay twice, if not thrice, as much for your monthly budget in food.
Socially it's a stigma to be vegan. People's culture revolt a lot around food. Going to McDonalds or other fastfood restaurants and ordering a salad looks fucking autistic.
There are many reasons more, but all in all there's people with more urgent things in their minds than changing their diet. I don't say that this is unimportant but maybe when we've fixed other problems we could sit down and talk about veganism.
