In case you do not actually know, those verses are about ritual purity. The meaning is that you should not mix clean with unclean, holy with unholy etc. Ritual purity laws of the Old testament are an image of the coming purity of the Christ since jews were supposed to proclaim the promise of the coming Messiah. Ritual purity laws of the Old testament are no longer needed since the Blood of Christ purifies us. The moral laws of the old testament like 10 commandments still show the will of God on regard how to live, although those must be interpreted in the light of the New testament.
decrees are already been declared void in the NT. decrees are not the same as laws. The purpose of the decrees is to seperate the Israelites from the Pagans. Mixing cloth, animals, and planting two kinds of seed in a single field had religious purposes. The God of the bible did not want anything to do with that. Thats why they were comanded to do other wise. In the new testament what differentiate us from the heathen is the fact that the Holy Spirit duels in every born again Christian
