East Asian populations (Japanese, Chinese) have the highest average frequency of beneficial alleles (39%), followed by Europeans (35.5%) and sub-Saharan Africans (16.4%).

Take an African Immigrant, who has truly suffered and had to work very hard just to survive, and then put him in America. He now has a great work ethic, all the amenities of Western life, AND the benefit of Affirmative Action.
