It doesn't happen, Hollywood only thinks violence against WOMEN is acceptable.
Superhero settings literally operate under the "might makes right" rules where the Ubermensch (literally, Superman) uses violent force to impose his will on society, and has to battle other Supermen (the villains) who wish to do the same.
A non violent superhero setting is thematically impossible, so if wimmens want superhero roles then these will have to get beaten up.
