what this really says is how the system is exploited by blacks in a disproportionate number. If your on welfare or live in subsidized housing and enrolling in college classes and staying enrolled indefinitely, it keep your benefits coming.
I can kinda see why they'd do this - we can all agree niggers are stupid fucks who think getting educated is bad and makes you an uncle tom, and living on welfare all your life is somehow better (only talking about niggers, not black people). Putting the 'we wuz graduates n shieet' thought into their minds will encourage them to stay in education and hopefully start to contribute something to society beyond mixtapes and target practice.
Its still a great injustice that they're being given special treatment to get in to college in the first place, though.
