The people who designed the sticker intended for people to assume it was a pro-Trump ad, only to read the bottom text leading them to Clintons website. Why? Because the more people have to think when they see these things, the better they remember.
They fucked up really badly though, since most people will misinterpret that shit, and it'll likely give Trump just as many supporters as Hillary.

Hillary and her team come up with "love trumps hate" to try to stump the Trump. It fails entirely as people misread this as "love Trump's hate" and realise they do. In spite of this she plasters the slogan all over her website.
And now her team edits the e from hate to make hat, literally leaving them with the slogan "love trumps hat". If hate was a difficult thing to love to start with, she's now literally asking us to love her rival candidate's hats, a major campaign strategy for them and where a lot of the campaign's revenue is made.
