I went under at 24. I paid about 15 grand.
Jaw implant is a complete chin and jaw piece that wraps around. The jaw width was fine, but the height needed work, so it's has been lowered. That same implant also modified the chin to square out more, instead of being pointy, while also giving it more forward strength, but none going downward.

You will also, be lonelier, beauty is a bit like money, you will have a lot of "friends" who are just trying to get something from you, not actual friends, and people are more afraid to approach you on their own volition.
If you are introvert and very attractive (i mean above 8, 5 being "normal", 6 being cute etc) you will be very lonely indeed, esp if a guy as women in our society are not taught to approach men but to expect them to approach instead.
