I improved my speech by speaking, there's no easier way.
First on a vocal chatgroup on Steam, then on Skype with Amerilard friends. It was hard at first, I felt like a tourist asking for directions but my pronunciation quickly started improving and my accent got less obvious and ugly over time.
The hardest thing for me in English is knowing how some words are pronounced, imo. Stuff like endeavor, for example, you know, these words that you have no way to know how to use them out loud without hearing them somewhere before.
