Dropping out of high school is something completely different. First, it implies that you were old enough to be able to legally drop out of high school, in which case, you should have already been about done with high school. Second, once you're too old, you can't go back and retake high school. That means you have a GED at best. And a GED is an ENORMOUS black mark on the resume. It'll make it harder to get into college, especially a good one, and everyone who so much as glances at your resume will conclude you're a retard. "But no, I'm a gen Y consultant!"
