The Republic system was never meant to give "everybody" the vote. Voting works like highlighting; if you try to cover everything then you end up pissing on the paper then nothing is highlighted.

This was first tied to land, so naturally the shysters and outrage-manufacturers of the world immediately set out to establish a monopoly on land. I called it ages ago, this is the year of Trump. Whining heads on Fox News and MSNBC keep saying Trump will lose because millions of 17-year-old illegal immigrants keep crybabying about him and getting away with felonies.
