Force can be a good or bad word, depends in what context. Government should protect people, for example not allow drugs or food that is harmful, it shouldn't be people's responsibility to get fucked if they don't read the small text. What government should be doing is do nothing at all, since then we don't really need them, they are waste of tax payer money. Of course government force should be limited to solving crime, order and keeping a certain amount of stability, which also means monitoring companies closely and not hiding behind private bank accounts. It should be public how much money goes in and out and from where.

"Fascism", contrary to that picture, is not a synonym for dictator, authoritarian, racist, etc. It's a very specific ideology.
So no, Stalinist Russia and the left are not and can not be fascist. There are plenty of criticisms you can label them, but fascism isn't one.
