They are all wrong, lad. They always consistently overestimate the housing expense. The difference between a one bedroom and two bedroom is a few hundred a month. If you own a home, it is insanely inflated, since homes appreciate in value. All of your sources are based upon government statistics. Just because several different sources use these fake numbers does not make them real. The only source for the data is government. And government always lies about everything, to justify robbing working men.
