She gets ~4 new justices + countless other judges into the court system who will then go the way of Europe/Australia in terms of what happens to 2nd amendment and 1st amendment.
Other things will happen as well, such as mass amnesty and open borders, but more importantly the economy will crash very soon. Just as the Great Depression was blamed falsely on capitalism to push big government, so will this economic crash which will be used as a scapegoat for all sorts of wonderful government programs.

Donald and Bernie failed to restart the Socialist and Nationalists Parties this go round but by 2020 both sides will be fully energized and be too big to ignore or downplay.
The parties could've placated voter tensions by making it a 4-way run-off between Clinton v. Sanders v. Trump v.Rubio but they couldn't bring themselves to face facts and relinquish their strangleholds on American politics.
