Actually the report doesn't say that. The report says that a majority of the attacks are performed by just one assailant, and that in this case there is "no homogeneity" in the group. In the case of group attacks they say that they were mostly asylum seekers. Note that in the report they try not to make a distinction between immigrants and swedes. By increasing or decreasing the water from the shower. I just put the same thread on the rubber hose as the shower head and then screwed it together. Then i just started up the hot plate until it was boiling in the bucket and then screwed around with the water until the temperature up top kept steady at 78.5 °C. The boiling point for alcohol is 78.37 °C so it worked pretty good. Then the cold water continues to the cooling pipe (left hand side of the pic) and cools the vapors so the distilled alcohol doesn't evaporate as soon as it leaves the still.
