It's a complicated question. What is true for sure is that a group of predominantly Jewish bureaucrats organized a coup. Note that in Germany only 0.5% of the population was ever jewish, although they were hugely over-represented in banking, finance, academia, the media, and the professions.
But there are two questions: one, did the jews genuinely believe that the Allies would give Germany Wilson's "Fourteen Points" in the peace treaty? If they did, they were maybe incompetent traitors, but they didn't intentionally destroy Germany. Second, what would have happened had Germany continued to fight?
I think broadly speaking, when you coup a legitimate government, you have to accept responsibility when you lead your nation into disaster; so yes, Germany was taken out of the war by a Dolchstoß. And yes, it was a jewish coup, so broadly speaking the jews stabbed Germany in the back at the end of WWI.

It's a meme. Ludendorf was shouting down everyone for throwing in the towel then three months later he was on a boat to Sweden wearing a disguise after ordering the surrender himself. Funny thing is he didn't even have the nerve to order the surrender. He and Hindenburg passed it on to the Kaiser who refused but eventually had to pass the buck to the civilian leader. By then people were declaring Soviets. You never wait until Soviets are declared. Poor form.
Anyway, Jews were a largely disloyal bunch. No one trusted them in the first place which is probably why they didn't get drafted at the same rate. Jews weren't in high civilian or military offices. It was only during the communist uprisings that Jews played a role and that was after peace broke out.

Germany declared war on Russia because Russia mobilized. I haven't heard anyone say that Russian mobilization wasn't a threat to Germany but still you are technically wrong.
Germany then declared war on France and to get to France the declared on Belgium and Holland.
Failing to make one strong, reliable alliance such as with Russia was entirely the fault of Germany.
After that failure they were obligated to mobilize against everyone the moment Austria and Russia mobilized.
