Why do blacks produce such shitty music today despite having a great legacy and history of making great music? One thing I acknowledge even as someone who believes blacks are on average less intelligent than whites are that they do seem to have the ability to make good music. This is the area they seem to excel at more than whites or asians, what went wrong?

Black music is a good microcosm of their culture.
They can do OK if they're forced to work ie learn instruments.
If they get handouts (protools, autotune, etc) they utterly fail.
