You really have to be in California to understand how fucked up this place can be. They tax the hell out of you so they can pay off their high school drop welfare voters that will vote them into power. Kids in college are either smart or just as stupid as a fucking rock. Give them drivers licences with the stupid expectation they will get insurance. Your car gets hit and they drive off or run off if they can not drive.
