I work in an electronics company where 9 out of 10 of the solder technicians are women.
Women do really well with monotonous tasks like soldering.
EE is theory based anyways, hardly hands-on. You'll always be ending up designing circuit boards in CAD and if you do need soldering done, a technician will likely do it.
