So I know how these things work. Let's say I were to try to get Trump elected the first thing I would to geared to the black community would be to make clear that Hillary is the establishment.
Make it stick, Hillary is the continuity of what you have now!
Once it sticks, then you manufacture doubt, make them understand their lives suck. Make them understand that keeping the same establishment will change nothing.
Lastly, near the election date, a final sprint would start to give them hope. Make them dream of a better life and make Trump the embodiment of that better life.
I think the best way to attack that would be to have him promise reduced prison sentences for non-violent crimes, more education funding and no more obligatory child support during shared custody.
