I had been poland,germany,czech,slovakia and baltic countries for travel.
There was no interesting things in Warsaw.(people looks really tired and cuisine was so shit. I ate macdonald cause their cuisine was not food). there was no culture just people live in there.

Polish national dishes are very different,depends on where are you at.
On the south its most likely dishes made of flour,like plums or cartaches on steam.
On the north,where I live its more on a fishes and vegetables.
Warsaw is like a McDonald of polish cousine - everybody knows it,but nothing fancy really.
If you wanted to try really good polish food,must been traveled around the country,not just only Warsaw.
Therefore - not everybody must like pierogi or bigos - this is a common thing for whites to like it,but for Asian,it could be too salty or fat.
Regardless,I like Asian cousine as much as Polish, and even when something doesent tastes as good as in Poland, Im now whining like a little bitch about it,just avoid it next time.
