Our schools suck for three reasons. First and foremost, we've got concentrated pockets of poverty that drag down all of the test scores and graduation averages.

Basically, Chicago is nowhere and I mean NOWHERE as bad as it was in the 90's or even early 2000's. Not even fucking close, and wont be in the foreseeable future. Its just noise made by scared trust fund hipsters flooding into this city from the suburbs. Chicago is the cleanest, nicest and faggiest its ever been in its entire history.
