While on the 1,000 /month "Stop doing crime" stipend, the criminal can be disqualified from welfare and medicaid.
That way, we don't have to spend 43k per year on a prisoner.
+ we provide incentive for useless pieces of shit to mark themselves so no one accidentally gives them welfare or medicaid.
Let it stew for about 10 years until all the shit marks itself with a cycle of 9 months/1k and petty crime cycles. Then, after all that, deport them.
