Can't enforce this for websites hosted outside of the UK which almost certainly none of them are because bandwidth here isn't very cheap.
The only other way to do this would be to firewall off all of the UK and block all sites with "porn" on them but didn't have age checks.
If that happens all we need to do is use a web proxy or VPN service to route traffic around the filters.

Yes, basically. They would go to the ISPs and force them to implement blacklisting of websites like we have right now for sites known to be associated with torrenting. It would have to be actively managed. It's not a perfect solution because it only stops large well known sites that are easy to find, it doesn't stop lesser known sites or ones that have cropped up recently, which is how people get around the piratebay blocks, they simply visit some really new mirror.
Incidentally there are services out there which do categorize websites for this kind of blacklist purpose and they do an OK job, but theres endless technical solutions to get around this kind of blocking so ultimately anyone with any brains is going to evade it. Just like the amount of torrenting after the pirate bay was blocked went back to normal levels less than a week after.
