It's an Airbus- it actually won't let you do that kind of evasive manoeuvring. You could poll the side stick all the way over and in normal law the flight management computers will stop bank at 30 degrees.
Chances are, if that data isn't spurious, that's the aircraft wallowing on the way down after the damage was caused.
