cera no cocera. Do no harm. This is in the hipocratic fucking oath and yet doctors are perfectly fine with approving of genital mutilation and forced, unnecessary hormone alteration just to make the patient like themselves more.
I know the oath isn't legally binding (i dont think it is) but how the fuck can these people get away with this shit?
how can a sane person do this to it's very own body?

A surgeon does a surgery only after a physician approves of it. Somebody who is tasked with the wellbeing of the patient is saying "yeah, thats fine" and they dont have any financial stake in it.
