I agree with your commentary. I consider myself a nationalist/tribalist with generally capitalist economic principles, and absolutely race is irrelevant if the individual adheres to the culture. Race has, however, become an excellent proxy because overwhelming data supports things like "blacks commit more violent crime," "Arabs commit more terrorism," and so forth when we simply cannot make independent judgments or must speak statistically.
