So, to answer my original question, no, no one has seen it.
He said America should bring in all those socialist policies like having more holidays, free healthcare, education, better prisons etc etc but do all those countries have all those policies? Or do they only have 2 or 3 of them. Wouldn't taxes be ridiculously high in europe if every country had ALL these policies? Also, I imagine having lower prison sentences would have little effect on repeat offenders within black communities so I don't see it working outisde of Europe.
Also his argument about the drug legislation being designed to imprison black people is laughable. But he also had a point about prison exploiting people for free labour and taking american jobs
