Well the line between refugee and economic migrants has been so blurred in Europe that it can hardly be said to be a line anymore. We're being flooded and it's not just an alarmist expression. Portugal is mostly left out of it so far, not because we have a good system but because we simply don't have such a wide benefits system as other countries.
