Less than 1% of all donated blood is from non-whites. That's less than 1% is from 39% of the population. Why is this? Same for bone marrow. The national bone marrow registry has a few dozen blacks on it, no lie. There is a medical reason that you get a donation from someone in the same racial background as you, and blacks with blood cancers and the like have way worse medical outcomes specifically because of this. A bone marrow transplant is needed, but rarely found for blacks with multiple myeloma.
It is objectively true that blacks have next to no empathy compared to their white counterparts, and I believe they should be called out on it.

Japan has a long history of community oriented thinking ranging from ancient shinto activities and parades that involve whole neighborhoods and cities, to Buddhist monasteries teaching how all life is equal in value and that the individual self is an illusion, no confusious beliefs that family and state come before yourself.
Christianity and its accompanying values never penetrated Japan in any meaningful way because it was highly persecuted and driven into small corners of the country, just like they did with communism. The only influences the west had in forming Japanese values was the formation of nationalism and ambitions of colonizing other countries.
