Venus project is what happens when socialism runs amock and it can't work because it ignores the fact that humans respond to incentive and if you remove incentive then no one works. We see this with welfare all the time, you subsidize a behaviour and you get more of it.

I watched this like 7-8 years ago? was the first of its kind that I had come across at the time and got my thinking about 9/11 so I can thank it for being a catalyst in that regard which led to many other things but the Venus project is laughable and I completely forgot about it
