It allows you to block all site begining, for example boards.4chan.org/* would ban all 4chan instances from being displayed on your comp. You can set times and passwords and things too.

Second and third (just got unbanned a few hours ago) were because the mods do whatever the fuck they want, banned me for my marriage related posts.
