Just listening to the way she talks and her weird fake personality makes me cringe. There are also infograph pics posted here sometimes allegedly explaining how she's a shill, or at the very least just wanting attention.
I think it's sicker than that, I feel like she's controlled opposition, put out there to say some true things about NatSoc and Hitler and then made to start going crazy or lying or doing something to become discredited to set the six millionth example of "see how insane and intolerant those nazi sympathizers are!" while also alienating her "fans" and leaving them to think that anything she said must have been false.
Actually, she doesn't have a single good point - at least, not one that supports her premise. She says a lot of things that are true, but none of them are sufficient to say that he "wasn't evil."
She argues that he was an effective leader and helped raise Germany out of postwar poverty. However, being good at what you do doesn't mean that you are a good person in general. It's this sort of might-makes-right mentality (which is quite necessarily morally relativistic as parties with conflicting ideals can hold power at different times or places) that has led to all of the most terrible totalitarian regimes in history (and, in the same vein, the largest mass killings). For instance, say there was a serial killer who got away with killing random innocent people for years and years simply because he felt like it. That person may be a very effective killer, but that does nothing to change the fact that he is evil. Hitler may have been skilled at leading the country, but you can lead a country well and still be evil.
She goes on to claim that he supported family values, protected the environment, et cetera. So what? Does having a few good qualities mean you're not evil? Maybe one could make the point that he's not *entirely* evil - yea, surely everyone has done *something* good in his or her life- but saying he "wasn't evil" seems like it's a much stronger claim to be making and a huge stretch if there's a pile of 6 million bodies (pretty much all of whom were innocent people and not the rich and powerful Jewish bankers he despised) lying at his feet. If the Holocaust really occurred (also, saying that the victors write the history books isn't an argument), you can't try and justify him.
Also, on a side note, I love how she mentions that Hitler's Germany was the first to pass animal rights legislation and treat animals humanely, refusing to use them as test subjects. This makes the point that Hitler literally treated those that he disliked WORSE than animals.

Not to be so vague, but the sheer volume of content over such a timescale combined with barriers so vague, it depends on how the game goes. She could end up with a slap of the wrist, or she could serve hard time for years. This kind of thing comes down to the people involved, who they know, how well they know them, and how offended she makes all involved parties.

I didn't get what you meant at first. By "in my own region" I mean if I had every convenience I have here, but with Canadian law. For example, having more leeway to make my case and not have it bookmarked or held up for clarification very much, being able to gloss over arranging the case before the real decisions are made (Which can seriously hold up a case like this with such a huge amount of videos), and the like.
