Be honest, how white does one have to be to be accepted into white nationalism? 100% is a poor answer; even Hitler had Mischling Tests. Not all those of Jewish ancestry were considered Jewish. Would a person of 75% European blood be accepted? Assuming the other 25% is not Black.
