I wear a t-shirt.
I had back acne well into my twenties with no sign of disappearing.
I read that certain people have oily areas of skin and the back and shoulders can be a problem.
Easy solution is to make sure you always wear a clean shirt and use a clean towel, obviously you can't wash your sheets daily so a t-shirt was the only option.
Also, cutting out conditioner worked wonders for any one else with this problem.
Nights can be pretty cold here anyway, so mostly depends on the season.
Also, would love to see a naked sleeper after a house fire.
