It´s is horrible because you see that the "younger generation", i.e. 18-23 (the people I supervise) are totally useless in real life and it gets worse now with the people only having 12 years of school and no military duty/zivi. These people go from school directly to Uni and have no idea how real life actually works.
The only thing they have any basic knowledge of is the subject they study and what bars/clubs are good in the city. They don´t know there culture, they don´t know their heritage, they don´t know their history, they have no idea about current politics and have no desire to get educated and their world view is based around buzzwords.
And then, when I have to test these people, they can only memorize stuff but not think for themselfs. Even people on the way to their bachelors/masters are just work slaves ready to be milked dry as much as possible. And these people are supposed to be our future leaders/managers/CEO´s? Topkek, they will all be wage slaves no matter how high their "education" will be.
Yet, not knowing anything about the world, they seem to have an opinion about everything and actually think they are well informed.... facebook seems to be enough as an information source. I can´t even imagine how teaching current school kids would be, I would rage 24/7. We even have a chinese supposed elite student doing his bachelor thesis and he already has a scholarship for yale university for his coming phd..... this guy is fucking useless. He can barely speak english, has no team skills, total social retard and doesn´t know shit about his subject.
It´s a bit like NatSoc, with the difference that back then, people fought/worked for the white/german race while today they "fight"/work to please their boss and being an obedient ignorant cuck makes them happy. They are void of any life goals, don´t work towards any "dreams"... they just exist, but don´t live. Yet they should have the intellect to know better.

Because of weak genetics getting passed on. A lot of Americans have strong facial features and large skeletal structures. As for any other reason, I don't know why.
