Michael Hundley, the black man, did not steal things. He attacked a 60 year old man in the parking lot during an incident in which Michael felt he was called a n****r after asking for a cigarette. Witnesses tried to confine Michael Hundley which caused him to drive around ramming people in an attempt to excape.
Michael Hundley was arrested for battery, driving without a license and for an active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released from the Clovis jail.
