It's not so much about shitting on faggot milo as it's about the conspicuous tide of newly branded demagogues presuming to position themselves as the face of what has until recently been an anonymous, leaderless movement (yea, I'm aware how fedora and fawkes mask that phrasing comes across, don't get tripped up.)
I think it's perfectly rational to celebrate the gains made by the Milos and Ben Shapiros but ultimately, they're mostly all cannon fodder in a propaganda war at best, and aren't to be trusted at worst.
