No, it's probably because Trump wants to break up NATO because our allies like Germany aren't doing shit to help the alliance and we're shouldering all the weight. This is a symbolic move, of course. Germany isn't actually going to do anything more for us.
They'll invest a few hundred millions "recruiting new soldiers" so that America doesn't dump them from NATO and force them to spend billions actually building a military.

Refugees are being used as pawns in the upcoming war. The more refugees you get, the more disposable soldiers you get. I want to coin the term "Syrian Super-Soldiers" (S-SS). While they may be disposable pawns, they are bloodthirsty animals who will fight hard. Oh and they don't like jews.
