This is an incredibly poorly constructed test.
The questions are worded badly, and since they are all binary, there is no way to answer "neither yes nor no" or to give a nuanced answer like "rarely" or "under certain circumstances", which makes the questions in the form of "I sometimes X" especially damning, since if they happen with extreme rarity, you an either answer "yes" and imply to the test that you do it with regularity, or answer "no" and prevaricate that you never do so at all.

Despite what you think about our judicial system, one does not have to be incarcerated to be subject to the will of the court. Just ask any juvenile delinquent or someone on parole.
The results of those tests could get you incarcerated, or more common have your children taken from you and have you subject to more "therapy" including drug therapy. Now that's slippery. They perform blood level testing that you sure as hell can't fake.
