Western countries have some of the highest population densities around. We're even more crowded than the shitholes of this planet. The only argument for increasing birthrates are sustaining our crappy health/social security and economic/debt systems (which are basically pyramid schemes relying on endless growth, a physical impossibility) and competition with foreign cultures.
The West has a problem with high population levels and low birthrate, and it used to be that it was the reverse in developing countries - only now they are starting to have excessive populations while continuing to shit out people like it's going out of style.
