Ok, the 90's were fucking awesome. The last great decade for America, but they were only great because a few reasons.
1) The tech boom. This obviously caused a massive explosion in jobs and money being spent. You could get an $80K a year job just for knowing how barely program and make websites. It was the last decade where you could get a middle class job without a college degree.
2) It was the last decade before globalism really took hold. Read above about getting high paying jobs while having little/no formal education.
Bill Clinton only furthered the downfall of this country, he just rode out on a lucky wave of good timing and past American greatness. What this country needs now is nationalism and an America first policy.
Old Bill got extremely lucky that the economy was on the rise. I doubt that Bill would be remembered fondly if we were in a recession during the 90s.
