The global headquarters for tech is Silicon Valley, so obviously that should be your first choice. Cupertino is nice, so is Saratoga and Santa Clara, which are cheaper than Palo Alto or Mountain View. Mostly whites, Chinese, and Indians. South San Jose is mostly Hispanics and a bit run down, but cheaper. There aren't many blacks around, guess they're all further north.
